Fraudulent scam e-mails, letters or offers

We would like to bring to the attention of the general public that scam e-mails, letters or offers are circulating, notably using the logos of Universum Invenio Ltd. and Fuels Desk Ltd., and/ or bearing our forged (more or less skilfully) signatures/ stamps, and which may therefore appear to be official correspondence from us.

Such e-mails, letters or offers do not originate from us and typically carry false contact e-mail addresses or telephone numbers, as well as fake documents, as the case may be.

For the avoidance of doubt, only e-mails from the e-mail server of fuelsdesk.com should be considered as e-mails from us, and even then we urge you to exercise caution and seek verificaton that the e-mail originates from our e-mail servers. We never use free e-mail address providers such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc.

We recommend that recipients of such scams do not respond to the scammers directly, to the extent that the purpose of these schemes may be to obtain their personal and banking details.
 
We suggest that if you suspect an e-mail may be fraudulent, or to seek verification that correspondence originates from us, to contact us using our online contact form.
 
We decline all responsibility for any loss which may result from these scams and we warn the public to be very wary of these and other similar solicitations that falsely claim to originate from, or make reference to, us.
